Suffolk University built a 3-0 lead on the strength of a two run fifth inning, en route to edging Endicott College, 3-2, in a non-conference baseball game on Wednesday afternoon on North Field. The win moves Suffolk to 29-10 overall, while the Gulls close out their 2008 campaign at 19-21. read more

Gordon College scored three runs in the first three innings, and then tacked-on a four run seventh to eliminate Endicott from The Commonwealth Coast Conference Tournament, 7-2, on Thursday afternoon in Beverly, Mass. The win propels the Fighting Scots into Friday's round of play at Roger Williams against the Hawks. read more

The Commonwealth Coast Conference announced its annual All-Conference Baseball awards on Thursday, and Endicott College had three players named to either the Second Team or Honorable Mention squads. Standout freshman Luis Uribe (Boston, Mass.) took home individual honors, earning the TCCC Rookie of the Year award after a stellar first campaign for the Blue and Green. read more
