Dean Scarafoni joined the Endicott coaching staff soon after Chris Millette was hired as head coach in May 2005. This past season was Scarafoni's sixth year as a college assistant. Previously, he served on the staffs at the University of California, San Diego, the University of California, Davis, and North Adams State College. In addition to floor coaching and scouting, he is the team's recruiting coordinator and academic adviser.
Coach Scarafoni holds a bachelor's degree in history from the University of California, San Diego, and a master's degree in business administration from Boston College. He and his wife Pam live in Manchester with their sons, Daniel and Ben.
