Profile: Joe is an exteremely hard worker that played his way on the team as a freshman. He is a rugged defender and rebounder, and has developed an effective mid-range jump shot. He is expected to see action at the wing and post positions.
As a Freshman: Played in 16 games in a reserve role.
In High School: Played for Coach Bill Loughnane at Boston College High School. As a senior, he was team captain and averaged 8.5 rebounds per game. He was also a tight end on the football team.
Personal: Joe is the son of Peter and Kathleen Sheehan. He is a sport management major.
