Mitch is an Athletic Training major. She did her senior internship with the EC football team this fall. Mitch missed much of last season due to injuries. As a sophomore she received the Coach's Award and was named to the CCC All Academic Team. She is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society and is a member of the EC Varsity Club. Mitch scored over 1,000 points in high school, was named Senior Athlete of the Year, and was a member of the National Honor Society. She is the daughter of Hank and Theresa Doyon.
