Amherst College used a 9-1 run to move past visiting Endicott College, 16-7, in the First Round of the 2008 NCAA Women's Lacrosse Championship on Wednesday afternoon in Amherst, Massachusetts. Endicott ends its season at 15-6, while Amherst improves to 14-3 and will head to regional host Franklin & Marshall College to take on Washington & Lee in the round of 16 on Saturday, May 10 at 2:30 p.m. read more

Three members of the Endicott College women's lacrosse were honored with The Commonwealth Coast Conference weekly awards as announced by Commissioner Greg Kaye on Monday. Junior Alex Pearce (Underhill, Vt.) took home Player of the Week, while goalkeeper Molly Hamel (North Yarmouth, Maine) was named Defensive Player of the Week, and freshman Kellie Cunningham (Derry, N.H.) was selected as the Rookie of the Week. read more

The Endicott College women's lacrosse team won't have to travel far to square-off with its First Round opponent in the NCAA Div. III Tournament, as the Gulls will meet Amherst College on Wednesday afternoon in Amherst, Massachusetts. Endicott qualified for the national playoff by winning its third-straight TCCC title, while the Lord Jeffs snagged an At Large bid out of the New England Small College Athletic Conference with a 13-3 overall record. read more
