Megan was named co-captain for the 2005 season. Megan has had a great 3 year career being named CCC First Team Catcher in 2004, Honorable Mention in 2003 and was 2nd Team All CCC catcher in 2002. Megan also was named to the Louisville Slugger/NFCA Division III All-Region Team. In high school, Megan was a 1st Team Southern Maine All-Star and All-State Catcher in both 2000 and 2001. In addition, her senior season Young was named Miss Maine Softball, which is awarded to the best overall player in the state.
