BEVERLY, MA - After losing two of three in doubles competition, the Endicott women's tennis team rallied to win five of the six singles matches to defeat Colby-Sawyer College, 6-3, on Friday afternoon in Beverly, Massachusetts. The win advances the Gulls into The Commonwealth Coast Conference Finals on Sunday.
Endicott's Nicole Breting (Woonsocket, RI/Mount St. Charles) and Lori Wardner (Wrentham, MA/King Philip Regional) got the Gulls started with a 7-5 win in the No. 1 doubles spot. That victory, however, would be the Gulls only point at the conclusion of the doubles competition.
